I/WE HEREBY APPLY TO ANATOLIAN SHEPHERD DOGS INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR MEMBERSHIP which includes subscription to the NEWSLETTER - CHOBAN CHATTER

Membership: any person eighteen years of age or older who subscribes to the purposes of this club, and is the owner of an Anatolian Shepherd Dog shall be eligible for membership. $25.00 per Household. (1 or 2 members per household ). Each must sign application.

ASSOCIATE Membership: Any person eighteen years of age or older who subscribes to the purposes of this club and does not own an Anatolian Shepherd shall be eligible for Associate membership with no voting rights and no office holding privileges. $25.00

JUNIOR Membership: Any person ten to eighteen years of age who subscribes to the purposes of this club and whose family owns an Anatolian Shepherd Dog,
shall be eligible for Junior Membership with no voting rights and no office holding Privileges. $25.00

Breeder's List. $40.00 .Must be a member in good standing for two full years.
As an ASDI Code of Ethics Breeder, you will receive:
.....* Your name listed on the Code of Ethics Breeder's List on ASDI's website.
.....* Your Choban Chatter ad, excluding a classified ad, posted on the ASDI website as your own webpage (for the 4 months).
.....* A discount of 20% ($40.00 from $50.00) for a full-page ad in all issues of the Choban Chatter.
.....* If you do not wish to place an ad in the Choban Chatter, you may still have your ad on the ASDI web site for $40.00 (for the 4 months).
.....* A listing on the C.O.E. Breeder's List in the ASDI Information Packet which is sent out to new members and all that inquire about the breed.

FOREIGN MEMERSHIPS: Canada - Please add $3.00 for postage. Other Foreign countries - add $10.00.

Initial application/dues received after October 1 of the year will be good through the following year. Otherwise dues are due January 1st.

I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS ADOPTED BY ANATOLIAN SHEPHERD DOGS INTERNATIONAL, INC AND THE UNITED KENNEL CLUB. I ALSO AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ASDI, INC CODE OF ETHICS.
