NEW Members
-if you have never been a member before, or you have been a past member and lapsed.

PDF format
remit your membership fee with your application via postal mail listed on the app.
Your application will be submittet for consideration for club membership under the Associate or Full membership listing.

 

RENEW a membership
-this is for members in good standing (less stuff to fill out!)

for BREEDERS
Reminder:  Code of Ethics (COE) applicants and renewals:
--  The COE listing fee is in addition to your annual membership fee
        Members in good standing for one full year (12 months) can apply for consideration for the COE

GIFT application
-this is for gifting a membership. Only full members in good standing can give gift memberships.
-For example, a member in good standing, may gift puppy owners to introduce them to the club and newsletter.
-This gift year of membership will count as the new member's first probationary year toward the two consecutive membership years required for consideration of a Code of Ethics breeder listing.
-Fill one form for each gift membership..
